Show up before it's decided
Government meeting notices flow in automatically from Metro's Legistar calendar. Community events are added by volunteers, updated weekly — usually by Monday evening. Every listing says where it came from.
1:00 p.m. · Sonny West Conference Center, Howard Office Building. Meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays; the agenda PDF posts on the BZA meetings page before each meeting — check it for District 1 cases.

Missed a meeting? Recordings live in the meeting video archive — candidate forums, community meetings, and livestreams; Metro's official meeting video is linked from each Legistar row.
Every dated event gets an "Add to calendar" button — a standard .ics file that opens in Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars.
